"You don’t get what you ordered and when you phone to explain nicely the girl first confirms your order and their mistake then starts shouting and blaming the online ordering system, instead of just sending out what was actually ordered and paid for. This has happened quite a few times. It would be fine if they just accept they made a mistake then send out the proper order. But shouting at customers trying to hide your own mistakes is definitely not on."
